What is your returns & exchange policy?

We have a no refund / exchange policy as we do not have the capacity at this point to offer this.

Do you offer gift cards?

We sure do! You will receive a coupon which will be sent to you to digitally gift to someone. These are bought by means of EFT - use 'coupon' and your name as a reference. I will then send you a coupon to either your number or email, whichever you may prefer.

What are the payment options?

We have linked with Yoco to efficiently add to cart with your debit / credit card! :)

We also offer manual EFT payment methods with the exception of cash on delivery if you are within the 7km radius

of Durban North and Westville. You will need to direct message us to arrange this as we will manually have to process this from our side.
